All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. The standard delivery charge is £3.50, or £4.99 if larger orders are placed (this is calculated on a weight basis). This service takes 2-3 days once the order has been dispatched and you will be notified once your order is out for delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Our products are not certified as organic as we do not use 100% organic ingredients. We do however use many organic spices & teas in our blends and will strive to use more as we progress as a business. We also look beyond organic certification in the sourcing of our ingredients and the suppliers we use, with environmental and ethical concerns always a top priority. Please see our blog posts for further details!

We are proud to offer 100% plastic-free packaging and always source our materials sustainably. Our cardboard tubes are 100% recyclable (and also reusable!) and made from some recycled materials, our labels are also recyclable and use plant-based adhesive, and the inner-sealed bag is made from a plant-based starch and is biodegradable. All of our packaging, including inks and label adhesive, is vegan!

Unfortunately we don’t as our packing facility is not currently open to the public. This could possibly change in the future and we will be selling products via local shops/businesses in the hopefully not too distant future!

Any allergens will always be highlighted in the ingredients information listed beneath each product when ordering. However, we currently do not use any of the 14 allergens in any of our products. Feel free to drop us a message if you have any queries regarding allergies.

Due to our masala chai blends being a dry, ambient product they have a long shelf life. Each product’s best before date will be displayed on the packaging, usually with at least a minimum of six months. That being said, we recommend you enjoy your masala chai blend well within this date for a more fresh, flavoursome chai experience!
