Returns policy
When you buy goods from an online retailer, by law you have a number of rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If any products are faulty/damaged please email us as soon as possible with attached photos, and once products have been returned and received will refunds be processed. Return postage must be paid for by the customer.
In addition, you have the right to return goods if you simply change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have contacted us and confirmed the intention to cancel your order, you then have 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be processed upon the return of goods.
