Organic Rooibos tea leaves that are grown in the Cederberg Mountains of the South African Bush for a caffeine-free twist on a traditional masala chai! This incredible tea pairs brilliantly with the fragrant, punchy spices and has quite a sweet, floral flavour thats beautifully balanced for a lighter, more herbal masala chai.
Cardamom and ginger will shine as you take your first sip, with a lovely, warm background flavour of cinnamon. As you continue you’ll get aniseed notes from the cloves which compliment with the other spices wonderfully well, followed by a hint of fennel for a super aromatic finish. Adding a little sweetness to your masala chai will really make those spices sing and bring out the flavours.
Ingredients: Organic Rooibos tea leaves, organic cinnamon, cardamom pods, organic dried ginger root, organic cloves, organic black peppercorns, organic fennel seeds.
